In Big Tunes Ms. Dynamite, Shola Ama, DJ Spoony, Boogie Bunch, Rampage, Toddla T and others select their top musical moments from Carnival over the years. Sound Systems celebrates the extraordinary story of an analogue force still going strong in a digital age. And Hard Food sees legendary UK rap don Rodney P asking why Britain hasn’t caught on to curry goat or ackee and salt fish like it has korma, kebab and chicken chow-mien?
